PRESENTATION NOTE The Individual Law Cabinet of the Lawyer Ioan Costache was approved by the Decision no. 1297/September 20, 1997, issued by the Bar Association in Bucharest, with the headquarters in Bucharest, Str. Sergent Major Cara Anghel no. 12, bl. C8, sc. 3, et. 1, apt. 24, sector 6. This Cabinet was registered at the Financial Administration of Sector 6, is a tax-payer, has the fiscal code 10043688/December 18, 1997; the accounts are opened at the Romanian Commercial Bank SA ; Ghencea Branch - 2511.1-1959.1/ROL and 2511.1-1959.2/USD. The Cabinet, by its owner, lawyer Ioan Costache, was involved in assuring the rights and freedoms of Romanian and foreign citizens in observing their rights; he was involved in the privatization process both at the level of the state's bodies and in front of the Courts, beginning with the Civil Courts and ending with the Supreme Court of Justice and Constitutional Court. The Cabinet has founded a lot of companies with joint and Romanian capital, assuring legal assistance to some Romanian-American companies (MICROROM, CAMINO, CROSSLINE Ltd., HOSPITALITY INVESTMENT SERVICES, INTERNATIONAL, L.L.C.) and of some American companies (SYTECO USA TRADING COMPANY etc.). The involvement of the Cabinet in the privatization process was materialized by the share acquisition from SOF by three companies from Italy, respectively SAE - Italian company of electro mechanic equipment, SMEM SRL - MOTORI ELETTRICI and EBL - regarding S.C. T.M.C. S.A. Filiasi, county of Dolj (producer of electric transformers, electric engines and so on). We also mention the involvement of the Cabinet in banking legal suits (George Paunescu - BANCOREX, George Paunescu - BANKCOOP) and the last but not the least, the Cabinet was involved in big penal suits (Tigareta II). The Law Cabinet has connections both in the political domain and in the structures of the state's body, collaborating positively with the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Interpol Office of Romania.
